If item is defective 316CONCEPTS.COM will cover all costs incurred in returning items. 316CONCEPTS.COM warranty does not cover defects due to normal use and abuse of products. Item must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Unless item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, purchaser shall incur the cost of return shipping.

Include name, RMA number, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
