Return Policy |
For returns please contact us within 14 days of order receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To get you RMA number please contact us via phone or e-mail. Although you can call us for a RMA number for fastest service please send us an e-mail at returns@316concepts.com.
If item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped 316CONCEPTS.COM will cover all costs incurred in returning items. Item must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Unless item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, purchaser shall pay for return shipping.
Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 4 weeks once items are received in our warehouse.
Packaging and Return Instruction:
- Send your return package back to 316 Concepts, RETURNS, 10859 NW 29th Street, Miami, FL 33172, USA. (We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.)
- Include name, RMA number, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
- Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
- (Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Item must be in new and unused condition.)
- Keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund or exchanged item.
